Paramount Pictures is the legendary studio behind movies including Titanic and Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Paramount’s COO asked us to design and lead a week-long innovation summit focused on a cutting-edge new business model. With an attendee list that included over 140 CEOs, technology titans and top creative minds, Paramount sought to create a summit that tapped top industry partners while delivering an imaginative, VIP experience.

Producing a large-scale innovation summit.
Working in collaboration with Paramount’s set design department, we designed a fully custom 6,000 sqft. creative think tank on Paramount’s historic Sound Stage 12. The massive innovation lab included stages, breakout spaces and relaxation zones to empower participants to tap into each other’s expertise and creativity. A Phillips & Co. team of facilitators, strategists and illustrators led the weeklong experience.
