Strategic Meeting & Retreat Facilitation

MAXIMIZE YOUR NEXT MEETING OR STRATEGY SESSION with the power of professional facilitation. Phillips & Co. is the country’s leading strategic facilitation team – from strategy sessions and ideation workshops to large-scale conference sessions.

We work with
the Fortune 500 leaders…

and growing
mid-sized organizations.

The Facilitation Process

Our team partners with you to craft custom goals and an agenda for your offsite, strategy meeting or ideation session. We then lead the session, as both a neutral third party and a strategic coach, so you get the most from your time and attendees.

Phillips & Co. can provide one or more facilitators, and a dedicated report developer who captures the session’s output and delivers a professional report suitable for sharing with attendees or senior leadership.

Meeting & Session Types

From strategy to ideation, and in-person to virtual, we’ve led hundreds of sessions across the US, Europe and Asia.

01.
Strategy Sessions

Re-imagine your organization’s strategy–and then define the specific plans to set the strategy into motion.

We strategically design and lead strategy sessions for leadership teams who want to push their thinking well beyond the status quo.

Together, we’ll look at your challenge in new ways, infuse fresh thinking from other industries, craft breakthrough innovation strategies and define a clear action plan to propel the strategy forward.

Your session will be a custom-designed, immersive experience that challenges your team to break new ground and create powerful new paths to growth and change for your organization.

Typical Objectives

– Vision & mission creation
– Positioning strategy
– Product strategy
– Execution planning

02.
Ideation Sessions

Our high-energy ideation sessions are strategically designed to produce pipelines of actionable new product, service, and business concepts.

Phillips & Co. has reimagined the ideation process itself, blending tools of business strategy with breakthrough thinking models to imagine innovative new offerings, each backed by strategic insight.

We can also leverage advanced ideation methods, incorporating A.I., tapping our Expert Ideator Network (hundreds of leading creative and strategic experts–we can include one or more in your session) and mining our Innovation Methods Database, the result of our ten-year research project to decode the DNA of breakthrough products.

Typical Objectives

– New product invention
– Experience reinvention
– Internal program design

03.
Mastermind Sessions

Unlock the insights and expertise of your attendees through a professionally facilitated mastermind experience.

Re-think the typical meeting or offsite. Our custom mastermind sessions flip events from simply watching speakers on stage to becoming interactive, immersive experiences where attendees engage and learn from one another.

Through professional facilitation, we lead attendees through topics of deep interest to them and your organization. The process sparks conversations that won’t happen any other way, unearthing expert insights, surfacing career-changing advice, and getting to the bottom of critical lessons learned.

Our team then produces a report that captures key takeaways from the mastermind–an invaluable takeaway from your event.

Typical Objectives

– Relationship building
– A new event experience
– Rapid knowledge sharing

04.
Large-Scale Conference Facilitation

Let’s unleash the expertise of the audience at your next event. We design large-scale facilitated experiences that makes the audience into the stars of the show, launching hundreds of new relationships.

Our Large-Scale Conference Facilitation programs are designed to engage the entire audience, unlocking the expertise and passion of all attendees. Using principles from Silicon Valley “un-conferences,” participants work in groups and breakouts to dive into their own interests and expertise, learning from and helping other attendees.

Each program is customized to unleash breakthrough discussion between attendees, build new connections (in ways that can’t happen at cocktail hours), and leave an unforgettable impression of your event.

Typical Objectives

– Boost guest experience
– Unlocking expertise
– Build brand loyalty
